Please read before booking an appointment:

We all love the convenience of booking online, but we do plan carefully for your visit. Please adhere to the following guidelines when booking your appointment: 

1. If you are requesting a specific technician, please specify by selecting your preferred technician from the drop down list. 

"First available" appointments may be moved to other technicians at our discretion. 

2. PACKAGES, MULTIPLE GUESTS, COUPLE'S SERVICES, AND COLOR SERVICES, require additional information  and are NOT available for online booking.  Please be courteous and do not attempt by picking another service and leaving a comment, for example.  It may affect you, other guests, or your technician negatively.  Please see our full MENU for a complete service listing.

3. Once you request your appointment, it can only be changed or cancelled by calling 989-792-3455.  The answering machine is available after hours to take your calls.  We will not accept cancellations via Facebook or email.

4. Technology is not perfect.  If you do not receive a confirmation email after you book your appointment, please call 989-792-3455 for confirmation.

5. Reminder texts are a courtesy, and we all have had days where we don't get our texts.  You are still responsible for remembering your appointment, and a 50% charge of services will be billed if you do not show up for your schedules appointment.

6. A valid credit card is needed to reserve your appointment.  (No debit cards please) We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, a 50% charge of services will be billed.
